DL Ranch

DL Ranch is a planned attainable housing community in Havasu Heights designed to expand access to new homeownership opportunities in the Lake Havasu region. Abundance Land Services drafted the approved preliminary plat for the 900-plus-lot development and is providing final platting services as the project is developed in phases.
