Flying Fortress Area

The Flying Fortress Interchange, opening 2026, will spur job growth and development on Kingman's east side. For several years Abundance Land Services has been working with developers of adjacent private lands– enabling the area to capitalize on its new access, infrastructure and strategic position. Involved in development of this area since 2023, ALS has performed an 1200-acre boundary and topographic survey as well as worked on platting the area. ALS is also partnering with landowners on the north side of the freeway to perform engineering design topographic surveys.
