Trusted professional land surveying services, so your projects can move forward with confidence.

About Us

Abundance Land Services was founded in 2020 in Arizona and has grown into a trusted provider of professional land surveying services for Mohave County’s land development market. In addition to our established Arizona practice, we provide survey services throughout the greater Billings–Bozeman region of Montana, with select project availability in Southern Nevada, North Dakota, and Utah.

Our firm is built around a small team of experienced professionals with diverse backgrounds in boundary surveying, land development, construction, mapping, and rural property work. This allows us to provide clients with the technical expertise of a larger firm while maintaining the responsiveness, accountability, and personal service of a focused professional team.

Whether supporting a commercial development, rural land transaction, subdivision, easement, construction project, or private property owner– our goal is to deliver clear, reliable survey work that helps projects move forward with confidence.

Our Team

Riley Pearson, RLS
Founder

A 2012 graduate of Montana Tech, Riley has been surveying since. His career began in North Dakota and Montana working on large industrial, commercial, and residential development projects, as well as regional infrastructure projects. During this time, he also gained experience in mine surveying, both on the surface and underground.

In 2018 Riley relocated to Arizona, and he took a position in the land department at one of the regions’ largest electric utilities, where he would permit projects, negotiate easements and rights-of-way, and assist with fee title land acquisitions, while planning for and siting future transmission opportunities.

In 2020, ALS was founded and steadily grew into what it is becoming today. In the Fall of 2022, Riley left his role with the utility to focus solely on serving his clients.

Riley is licensed to practice land surveying in both Arizona and Montana, holds a FAA Part 107 sUAV license, and has completed senior level course work through the International Right of Way Association (IRWA).
